Mukilteo Christian Academy (MCA) seeks individuals with a passion for excellence and a desire for challenge and growth. Our motto is "Preparing minds for leadership and hearts for service." Some requirements include a heart for teaching and a desire to serve in a Christian school. Additionally, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, while a state or ACSI certification is preferred.

MCA operates on a traditional school year calendar. Classes are held four days a week: Monday – Thursday from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM. The average class size is 16 students. Teachers participate in chapels and field trips, and they may run extra-curricular activities. Salary is based on education and experience.
